01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and lol646z ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the website located at lol646z.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the lol646z platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments;

lol646z reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of lol646z services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying lol646z immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

lol646z will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You should not share your login credentials with any third party. lol646z shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

lol646z reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where it reasonably suspects that the account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is in breach of these Terms.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

lol646z supports the following payment methods for Filipino players, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations:

• GCash — instant deposits and withdrawals;
• Maya (PayMaya) — instant deposits and withdrawals;
• Bank Transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank;
• Debit Card — Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

The following payment methods are not accepted on lol646z: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. lol646z reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend the account if a third-party deposit is detected.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings or profits;

lol646z's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lol646z account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

lol646z collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the lol646z platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lol646z implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and lol646z cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

lol646z reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• lol646z is required to do so by law or regulatory directive;
• lol646z reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with lol646z's dormant account policy.

You may close your lol646z account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonuses that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the lol646z platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the lol646z platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
